Here is an artist's rendering of the new observation post in the Grand Canyon. The GLASS BOTTOMED viewing platform juts out 70 feet from the rock and is
4000 FEET HIGH. GOOD GOD.

I won't even walk over the plexiglass in the entrance of Quaker Steak with the tv under it - not a chance I'd step foot on this contraption.

yeah, i don't think i would be able to walk across that-not even for the perfect shot, my fear of heights would bring me to my knees-that is going to be an accident at some time or another, I hope no one is on it, when it collapses....

I went to the Grand Canyon in October and I think this would take away from the beauty of the canyon. If you have never seen the canyon it's a must trip for everyone. I was shocked at the size and the beauty of it. It's a trip that I will go back on again.
