Frank,
You look awesome. The clothing fits. The first picture where you are picking out the clothes makes you look bigger because your clothing is too big - way too big. This is probably why you still feel large. The picture where the clothes fit - the shirt is not tight - you look great - now you need to feel great! = 0 )

Frank you look great!!!!!!! I am also on the LA program but I have been at a stand still for a while now. One time I go in and I have lost 2lbs and the next time I have gained 2lbs, I have been up & down for a while. It gets really discouraging. Did you reach a plateau and if so how did you get past it.

I must say that I find your morning talk show extremely amusing and I just had to check out the kids clothes on Frank. Thanks for all the fun on my ride into work every morning.
